Creative buildin handler

Description	This handler contains various shortcuts for "creative" people.

Skull

Usage:	`!skull [player]`
Action:	Gives you a skull of yourself or a given player.
Default ACL:	member

Head

Usage:	`!head [player]`
Action:	Replaces your helm item with a skull of yourself or a given player.
Default ACL:	member

Airblock

Usage:	`!airblock [target]`
Action:	/setblock's the block below you or target to dirt (if you build in the sky)
Default ACL:	builder

Barrier

Usage:	`!barrier [target]`
Action:	Gives you or target a command block (since they are not in the creative menu)
Default ACL:	builder

Command Block (aliases: `!command_block !commandblock`)

Usage:	`!cb [target]`
Action:	Gives you or target a command block (since they are not in the creative menu)
Default ACL:	admin

Command Block Set

Usage:	`!cbt [target]`
Action:	Gives you or target a item kit for command block trickery
Note:	The inventory will be cleared beforehand!
Default ACL:	admin
